Shipping and Handling

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

In-Store Pickup

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

Gift Cards

Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. PLEASE NOTE: Online Gift Cards are not currently available for purchase online. We are working to resolve the issue. If you'd like to purchase a gift card online, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.

If you have a gift card, you can use it to pay for your order during checkout. To check the balance on an existing gift card, log in or create and account then select Gift Cards from the My Account Page.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

Domestic Returns

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. (excludes all U.S. territories). We include a UPS return label in every package. Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

• Fill out the reverse side of the included returns form with your order number and the items you are returning. For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed at the bottom.
• Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
• Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
• You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

If you’ve lost your return label and need a replacement, please contact our Customer Service Department at help@needsupply.com. You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.

International Returns

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email. To ensure quick and easy international exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Service Department before placing your new order.

If you would like to continue using Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 to access secure pages (HTTPS) after February 28, 2018, please change the following Internet Explorer browser settings:
