Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Richmond customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
